Our founder, Guillermo Kareh Aarun, is an attorney graduated from the Escuela Libre de Derecho with an extensive background in international litigation, corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, compliance, and strategic negotiation. Over the years, he has held leadership roles in renowned multinational corporations such as Procter & Gamble and DuPont Mexico, as well as in multiple Mexican companies across diverse industries.

Acquisition of Searle, IAOCC, Norwich Eaton, M&A

Establishment of a warehouse to help business grow

Solution of a patent infringement with KC

Divestiture of GFC, acquisition of Minsa, renegotiation of a 1 billion US for grupo Dina, as CECO, project to change a Mexican quoting company at the Mexican exchange to a NYSE.

Negotiation to acquire 100 hectars with large estates, to allow Altamira plant to continue its growth, working with several groups.

Working for 23 different DuPont business units.

Acting as GC from my office for USG Mexico and STORA ENSO

Training

Manage legal, corporate and government affairs, corporate security and government sales for LA.

Green belt training

Leadership seminar at WTC in twin towers NY for a month.
